Who is this program for?
This program is for those who are just getting started in mindfulness and unsure of where to begin. Each day you will be introduced to a new style of meditation to find what might work best for your practice. The yoga flow has been designed to be very gentle on the body. You will also be given a reflection prompt to do for each day.
