My Story:


Over the course of my career, I've worked in all types of settings from small businesses, freshly minted startups, and large, diverse non-profit corporations. My roll in each company was always sales focused. I thoroughly enjoyed sales because I loved interacting with people.  Outside of my work place I was always passionate about Wellness and Yoga. I was always try to engage my coworkers in whatever health snack I was eating or yoga/meditation I was trying!  In 2019 I finally decided to dive into Yoga Teacher Training. with Inner Light Yoga in Nashville, TN. During the teacher training I realized I am very passionate about people finding the modality that makes them feel their best.  In 2020, like many of us, my job was affected by COVID-19 pandemic. I was 5 months pregnant when I found out my job positions was eliminated. After getting over the initial shock, I realized that the universe was truly giving me a gift! My passion for mindfulness and wellness can truly be actualized and I can create a platform to coach and connect with people. Here we are in 2021 and I will be finishing my Meditation Teacher Training though Flourish Meditation in Nashville, TN.  


My partner, Johnny, are now navigating life with a beautiful 3 month old baby girl + our two pups! We reside in Nashville, TN! 




My Philosophy:

My passion is to help people find and create a mindfulness practice that works for them! What works for one does not work for all. I create a process that is approachable and not overwhelming. My desire is that each person will realize that it does not have to be a complete habit overhaul in order to implement mindfulness. Little steps and changes along the way will add up in a big way. I want you to be able to create tools that you can reach into your toolbox and use to help thrive in your day to day life!

My teachings & practices implements elements from the 8 limbs of Yoga, Meditation, and Reflection.
